Tree Tops Occupational Therapy Conduct SPD Group Training Morning (14.8.17)
Thank you to all our parents/carers who came along to our sensory training morning.
Firstly the group would like to thank County Durham Community Foundation for providing the grant to enable us to gain much more needed insight into our children’s difficulties. An email with some pictures from the day will be sent to the members.
Secondly, thank you Dawn Dunn from Tree Tops Occupational Therapy (Newton Aycliffe) for a brilliant session. We certainly gained more knowledge so are hopeful everyone else did too.
If you put anything into practice and it works (or not if the case may be) let us know as it is important to share our knowledge with the other parents in the group. Just remember that not everything will help your child, it is important to trial them and see what works and what doesn’t.
It would be nice in the future to have Dawn come along to one of our meetings to ask more questions as we know how important this is to every one of you.
