#RemembranceSunday
Remembrance Sunday is held in the United Kingdom as a day to commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and servicewomen in World War I and II then later conflicts. It is held at 11am on the second Sunday of November.
Because we are currently in lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the usual Sunday ceremonies are unable to take place.
Today, the Royal British Legion is encouraging people to stand on their doorstep to mark a 2 minute silence for Remembrance Sunday at 11.00am.
Hope to see you on your doorstep at 11.00am. The team are all joining in.
Stay Safe.
