Our purpose-built feeding room:

A new feeding room will enable us to continue to offer Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Food Therapy for both individuals and groups of children. This specialised treatment from America is highly successful in addressing feeding difficulties from “picky to problem feeders”. We are one of the few places in the UK to offer the SOS approach, which is family orientated and fun!

Our SOS trained therapists have used this intervention with many children during the last few years with highly successful outcomes.
The children have developed a positive relationship with food whilst extending their diets to develop their eating in a child friendly way.

Our new room will extend this intervention further as parents will be able to watch the sessions and take ideas and techniques back into the home for success. Parents will undergo training to understand how to integrate the approach into the home and support their child’s intervention. More foods will be prepared on the premises and allocated treatment slots will now be given just to feeding therapy.
