A day in the life of… Simon (Admin)

“Hi, I’m Simon.  I’ve been working at Tree Tops for three weeks now.  I’m doing a traineeship from Bishop Auckland College and will be working closely with all the staff at Tree Tops whilst building up my work experience ready for an apprenticeship next summer.

I live with my parents and older sister and am an avid Newcastle United football supporter (don’t mention Sunderland!!).  I have a Giant African Land Snail called Gazza (see his picture below to the right) who is as big as a fist and three Geckos (Howie, Shelley and Bernie).  I also want a dog (hopefully my dad will see this – it’s nearly Christmas….) so I can go walking more.  I enjoy watching football, bird watching at Low Barnes/Salthome and love holidaying in Italy.  I am teaching myself Italian and hoping to take this further by participating with an online language course.”
