A Day in the Life of … Holly

Hi,

My name is Holly. I am a second year occupational therapy student currently studying at York St John’s University. I am passionate about helping others and enjoy seeing people live life to the full.

I decided to study occupational therapy as my brother had benefited from occupational therapy at Tree Tops. I have seen how much of a positive impact occupational therapy has on physical function, mental health and well-being.

Currently I work as a Teaching Assistant which I enjoy massively! I also like to spend my free time reading, especially fiction books about World War II. I like to spend time with my nana and Buddy (her cheeky terrier).

The Tree Tops team would like to wish Holly all the very best on her ten week placement with us and look forward to watching her grow in confidence and understanding. She is looking forward to meeting all our Tree Toppers at some of our partner schools and in our clinic. Don’t forget to say, “Hello” to her!
