Lots going on for the SPD group!

Today the group are off to ROF59 for a spot of trampolining and wall climbing. This is always a success and the children along with their siblings love this activity.

Parent Sensory Diet Training
Woodham Village Community Centre, St Elizabeth’s Close, Woodham Village, Newton Aycliffe

Dawn Dunn, MD of Tree Tops Children’s Occupational Therapy will be conducting some sensory training which the group have gained funding from the County Durham Community Foundation. Practical and theory sessions will be undertaken. This will help parents with their understanding of sensory difficulties which will aid family/school life.

4Motion, Faverdale, Darlington

Bring along the scooters and have a fun night. We are celebrating our 3rd birthday at 4Motion which is even more special. Again, this is always a fantastic evening with parents biting their nails whilst watching the children going up and down the ramps!! The odd parent has been known to grab a scooter and have a go…..
