Core Assets Children’s Services was brought by the Council for Disabled Children to work in partnership with Durham to support parents and young people who are transferring form a Statement to an EHCP. they also work with Durham SENDIASS who work with parents and young people who are new to the EHCP. They are impartial and can give help and advice on many educational matters.
