Do you have a trampoline?

Jumping on the trampoline can help develop many areas of our body and especially in our gross motor skills and sensory.

Did you know, when jumping, the rebounding action helps to improve balance, muscle development and strengthens our bones and joints.

It also helps our body receive proprioceptive (movement) input and vestibular (balance) motion feedback which is important for us. We can then sit and learn, concentrate more and have less meltdowns.

Just remember to stay safe and monitor the children whilst on the trampoline.

Get bouncing!
